The Pokémon Company International confirmed the forthcoming TCG expansion, Sun & Moon: Lost Thunder. The TCG expansion is scheduled to release on November 2. It will feature over 210 cards, seven Prism Star cards, including three Stadium cards, 13 Pokémon-GX, four Ultra Beasts, and more than 20 Trainer cards. The expansion includes Prism Star variants of Celebi and Ditto, as well as Blacephalon-GX, Lugia-GX, Tyranitar-GX and the newest Mythical Pokémon, Zeraora-GX.

In addition, a Zeraora distribution was announced for players who have Pokémon Ultra Sun or Pokémon Ultra Moon. The distribution starts on October 1 and ends on November 15. Zeraora will be level 50 with the moves: Plasma Fists, Thunder Punch, Close Combat, and Thunder. Its ability will be Volt Absorb and it will hold an Air Balloon.
